After breakfast, embark on your Inspiring Sight at Habarana village walking tour. This is an unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the nature and culture of a traditional Sri Lankan village.Take a leisurely walk through the paddy fields and vegetable cultivations, experiencing the serene beauty of the countryside, followed by a boat ride across to the other side of the rural village.

Return to the hotel and relax before we head out to visit the second ancient capital Polonnaruwa.This afternoon, feel like a real time-traveller as you explore the site of Polonnaruwa by bike. Here your guide will show you well preserved remains of temples and ancient homes. After you’ve pedalled your way through the ancient ruins, you will return back in time for dinner at your hotel.
After breakfast, Explore the 8th wonder of the Ancient world “Sigiriya Lion Rock” fortress of the 5th Century King Kasyapa, the most iconic sights of Sri Lanka. Declared a UNESCO heritage site in1982. Let the kids’ burn off some energy with the climb up to the ruins of the palace and penthouse.The Sigiriya royal palace was abandoned after the king’s death.It was used as a Buddhist monastery until the 14th century. Return to the hotel late this morning and have a good rest before we head out this afternoon to visit the ruins of Anuradhapura. Anuradhapura is the first ancient capitals of Sri Lanka and is known for its well-preserved ruins, and the most famous sacred Bo Tree, "Sri Maha bodiya".
Today you’ll proceed to Kandy, is second largest city in Sri Lanka and its cultural capital.En route, We will visit the spice garden in Matale to get the better understanding of the process of growing the various different spices in Sri Lanka. Arriving to Kandy in the early evening. After freshening up at the hotel we end our day with visiting a cultural show.
After breakfast, visit the beautiful temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, one of Sri Lanka’s most sacred Buddhist sites. Next we drive to the Royal Botanical Garden located in Peradeniya on the outskirts of Kandy to see the beautiful expansive lawns that are home to a wide variety of flora and fauna. Returning to the hotel and in the evening you will have the time to explore the Kandy city sightseeing by tuk tuk.
Today, you'll depart Kandy and drive to Kitulgala to experience white water rafting. Here you will enjoy canyoning adventure and swimming in the water of the rain forest. After lunch we'll drive to Nuwara Eliya, is a city in the hill country is at an attitude of 1868 meters. En route you'll have chance to witness St Clair and Devon waterfalls.Check in to the hotel, rest of the evening is free to relax.
Rise early this morning for an excursion to Horton Plains for a trek to World's End. Designated a natural world heritage site by UNESCO in 2010, where a stunning escarpment plunges 880 meters down to the jungle floor. World's End is situated in one of the most popular National Parks in Sri Lanka and is the only one where you are able to walk freely as there are no elephants. In the evening we have free time to explore the beautiful town of Nuwara Eliya, Ramboda Waterfall, and next en route you'll be escorted to a tea plantation, where the world’s best Ceylon Tea is produced.
This morning we have a beautiful train journey lined up for you from Nanu Oya to the breathtaking town of Ella. Upon reaching, you will visit Nine Arche Bridge and in the evening we will stroll in the lively streets of Ella.
This morning after breakfast, depart for Yala National Park. Yala National Park is home for leopards, elephants, sloth Bears, crocodiles as well over 200 bird species. Check into your hotel, and relax before we embark on a jeep safari through Yala National Park.Spend approximately 2.5 to 3 hours exploring Yala in a private safari Jeep.
This morning, we'll wake up to the sounds of the jungle. After breakfast, we'll head to the lively tourist town of Unawatuna on the coast of the Indian Ocean. En route, you can visit the fish market as well as observe the old and mind boggling tradition of still fishing. Once you check in to the hotel, rest of the day is left free to relax on the beach.
Early next morning we will take you on a whale watching tour in Mirissa and then drive you to Galle, where you will explore the Galle Dutch Fort. Your next stop will be in Bentota, which is also on the southern coastline. As you approach the end of this Sri Lanka family tour, days twelfth and thirteenth are completely dedicated towards relaxing at the beach, giving yourself a nice sun tan and spending quality time with your family.
