Welcome to Sri Lanka - Chilaw. Upon arrival at Colombo International Airport you will be met and transferred north to your beach front resort in the charming coastal of town of Chilaw. Spend the remainder of today at leisure, you can relax on the beach or take a dip in the pool.
This morning we make our way to Anuradhapura, the first capital and grandest city of ancient Sri Lanka and home to two UNESCO World Heritage Sites. En route you will visit Yapahuwa rock, 300-foot isolated fortified wonder with a history dating back to the 13th Century and followed by visiting the tallest ancient standing Buddha Statue of the country, Aukana Ancient Rock Temple.
Upon arrival, we embark on evening sightseeing tour of the city, visiting both historical and archaeological sites of interest.
This morning, we journey north to Jaffna, stopping en route for a jeep safari in Wilpattu, Sri Lanka's largest national park. The park is home to up to 50 elephants and more than 50 leopards, as well as spotted deer, sloth, bears, wild pigs and more. Arrived Jaffna city after long drive & relax at Hotel.
Here, we enjoy a sightseeing tour taking in sights such as the Jaffna Fort, the second largest in Sri Lanka which was built by the Dutch in 1619. Another highlight is the Nallur Hindu Temple, the most important place of Hindu worship in Jaffna. We’ll also take a boat ride to Nagadeepa Buddhist Temple, which is said to be the site where Buddha visited during his second journey to Sri Lanka.
Departing Jaffna, we head back south to Trincomalee on the north-eastern coast. A sightseeing tour here takes us to Thirukonamalai Konesar Temple, the Temple of the Thousand Pillars, Hot Water Wells, Fort Frederick. The evening is free to spend relaxing in Trincomalee.

After breakfast proceed to Pasikudah. Next two days beach stay in Pasikudah. Enjoy the facilities at the hotel, spend the full day at leisure by the beach/pool and other facilities of the hotel.
This morning we leave the coast and begin our journey inland to Dambulla. En route we head out to visit the second ancient capital Polonnaruwa. The ancient city of Polonnaruwa, an intriguing 11th century city and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here we explore many interesting and famous monuments including the Royal Palace and the Gal Vihara.Feel like a real time-traveller as you explore the site of Polonnaruwa by bike.Here your guide will show you well preserved remains of temples and ancient homes. After you’ve pedalled your way through the ancient ruins, Arriving on time for lunch at your hotel in Dambulla.
After freshening up at the hotel we end our day with visiting Dambulla cave temple. A spectacular complex of five caves dedicated to the Lord Buddha, within the caves of Dambulla you'll find over 150 images of Buddha, including an impressive 14-metre rock cut statue.
Return to the hotel in Dambulla for an evening at leisure. Later, you can take Ayurvedic herbal massage. It involves the application of warm oil to the entire body, followed by a message.
After breakfast, embark on your Inspiring Sight at Habarana village walking tour. This is an unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the nature and culture of a traditional Sri Lankan village. Take a leisurely walk through the paddy fields and vegetable cultivations, experiencing the serene beauty of the countryside, followed by a boat ride across to the other side of the rural village.
Later you will followed the traditional art of cooking demonstration with locals and enjoy the lunch with them. Spend the evening at leisure by the pool and other facilities of the hotel.
As per the flight details, you will be picked up and transferred to the Colombo International Airport to catch your flight back home accompanied by all the happy memories of the tropical island.
